The items you ordered do not bring you complete satisfaction? Do you want to retract on one or more of your products?
You have 2 months, from the day of receipt of your order, to return the product or products that do not suit you. The conditions are:
- Return the box with the rest of the products or the empty box.
- Back to the customer's expense.
- Return accompanied by a word explaining the non-satisfaction of the customer.
Delivery
Our SAV ensures you a delivery between 48 and 72 hours in metropolitan France, upon receipt of your order, and a secure payment.
