• How do I create an account?
  To create an account on synergiashop.com, simply click on the person pictogram in the top right-hand menu to access the login page. If you already have an account, simply enter your login details to log in. If you don't have an account, you can click on ‘No account? Create one’ and follow the procedure.
• How do I order on synergiashop.com?
  To place an order, simply click on ‘Add to basket’ on the product sheet for the nutritional supplement(s) of your choice. You can then validate your basket by clicking on the pictogram at the top right, then follow the order process by choosing your delivery and payment method. You can also contact our customer service department by telephone on 04 77 42 30 10, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Our advisers will be happy to help you.
• What payment methods are available?
  You can choose between 3 methods of payment: credit card, PayPal or cheque. Orders are processed as soon as payment is received. For example, if you pay by cheque, your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. Simply note the order number on the back and send it to the following address: Synergia - Allée Barthélémy Thimmonier - ZA de Montrambert Pigeot - 42500 Le Chambon-Feugerolles.
• How can I leave a review of a product or my experience of synergiashop.com?
  A few weeks after receiving your order, you will receive an e-mail from Avis Vérifiés asking you to leave a review of the products you have ordered. By clicking on the link in the e-mail, you will be able to leave a comment as well as a rating out of 5 on the products received. All reviews are published insofar as they correspond to an order. Reviews are consulted by other customers on the site, ensuring transparency about the quality of our products. Your testimonials are essential not only to help other customers, but also to help us improve our products and services.
• Can I only place an order with free products?
  No, a minimum of one product must be purchased in the basket in order to benefit from loyalty points and obtain a free product.
• Do postage costs count towards my points?
  No, the number of points accumulated corresponds to the total amount of the products purchased. Postage costs do not earn loyalty points.
• Can my points be cancelled?
  Yes, any order cancelled or refunded will result in the cancellation of the points accumulated.
• Are the points used the oldest?
  Yes, when you use your points, the oldest are used first. As a reminder, your points are valid for 365 days.
• If I use a promotional code, are the points calculated before or after the code is applied?
  When making a purchase, the rule is ‘1 € spent = 1 point accumulated’, so the points are calculated after the promotional code has been applied.
