1. How do I order on Synergiashop.com?
Synergiashop.com is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to order and quickly receive the best food supplements on the market. Click on the "Add to basket" button for the nutritherapy or phytotherapy food supplements that interest you. You can also contact our Customer Service department by telephone on 04 77 42 30 10, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Our advisers will be happy to help you.
2. How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
*Excluding weekends and public holidays = next working day. ** So Colissimo.
Orders are processed as soon as payment is received. For payments by cheque or bank transfer, the order will be dispatched on receipt of full payment. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following day. Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm are dispatched on Monday morning.
3. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
The cost and time taken for delivery vary according to the carrier you choose and the destination of your parcel. For mainland France, a flat rate is applied with Colissimo. Free delivery is granted from a purchase of €60.

4. How can I pay for my order?
You can choose between 3 methods of payment:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Cheque
Orders are processed on receipt of payment. If you pay by cheque, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your cheque. Simply note the order number on the back and send it to the following address Synergia - Allée Barthélémy Thimmonier - ZA de Montrambert Pigeot - 42500 Le Chambon Feugerolles.
5. I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
Here's how to reset your password:
- Click on Forgotten password in the registration form or click here.
- Enter your e-mail address in the box provided.
- Click on "Validate".
- In your personal inbox, open the e-mail with the subject "change your password",
- Click on the link "I'm changing my password",
- Enter your new password and click Validate.
You can now access your customer account again! Synergia does not have access to customer passwords. Only you can change them. This information is confidential, like bank details, and is protected. If you have a problem, call us on 04 77 42 30 10 from 9am to midday and from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
6. The product I have received is damaged, what should I do?
The 1st thing to do is to make a note of the usual reservations directly on the colissimo receipt and telephone the Allô Synergia customer service on 04 77 42 30 10. You can also take photos of the broken or damaged product and send them by e-mail to [email protected] or contact the Allô Synergia customer service on 04 77 42 30 10.
Don't forget to indicate the number of the order concerned and, if applicable, the colissimo delivery note number.
7. The product I have received is not the one I ordered. What should I do?
It's the same procedure as for a damaged parcel: call Allô Synergia immediately on 04 77 42 30 10 or write to [email protected] with "reservations about delivery"/ in the subject line.
8. How do I use my loyalty points?
As soon as you order on synergiashop.com, you automatically accumulate loyalty points on the basis of 1 € spent = 1 loyalty point. You will then receive discounts on your orders according to the following levels: see here for details of the programme. You can use these discounts when you confirm your order:
- In your shopping basket, click on Confirm my order,
- Choose your delivery method and click Next,
- In the Loyalty Points box on the left, select your discount and click Next,
- Pay for your order.
9. I have a discount code, how do I use it?
When validating your order, at the stage entitled My Basket, enter your code at the top of the summary of your order, where it says discount code. The discount code/privilege code cannot be combined with other current offers on the site.
10. How do I sponsor a friend or family member?
Once you have received your first order, you can sponsor up to 4 friends and family to help them discover Synergia. They will then receive a 10% discount on their first order. To do this
- Log in to your customer account,
- Click on Sponsor my friends,
- Enter the e-mail addresses of the people you wish to sponsor,
- Click on Send my referrals.
You can then track the status of your referrals by clicking on Track my referrals. As soon as your referrals have placed an order and it has been dispatched, you will also receive a 10% discount, which will be automatically deducted from your next order.
11. Give my opinion on a product? Yes, you can.
A few weeks after receiving your order, you will receive an e-mail with the sender "Verified opinions" offering you the opportunity to give your opinion on our products. By clicking on the link in the email, you can leave a comment on both the products received and the quality of the delivery. You will also be able to give a star rating from 1 to 5. Reviews are consulted by other customers on the site, ensuring transparency about the quality of our products. All reviews are published insofar as they correspond to an order. Your testimonials about our food supplements are essential not only to help other customers but also to help us improve our products.
12. What is the official Synergia food supplement shop?
In France, our food supplements are distributed in 7,000 pharmacies and parapharmacies. There's bound to be one near you, but not all pharmacies distribute all Synergia products.
They are also all available directly from www.synergiashop.com, 24 hours a day, or by telephone on 04 77 42 30 10, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. www.synergiashop.com is the only website approved to supply Synergia food supplements without going through a single intermediary: "direct" from producer to consumer. www.synergiashop.com is the official Synergia shop.
We are developing partnerships with local distributors in order to market our ranges of food supplements in the rest of the world (Belgium, Eastern and Southern Europe, Middle East, French overseas departments and territories, etc.).
