J’ai signalé sur votre site mon mécontentement sur la qualité du produit en l’occurrence des éléments en suspension, on m’a répondu que cela était normal ! J’ai déjà acheté de la valériane et de la mélisse SIPF SYNERGIA dans des flacons séparés et les produits n’avaient pas d’éléments en suspension.

Bonjour, La consistance de nos SIPF peut varier en fonction des productions, puisque qu'ils sont faits à partir de plantes fraîches et que chaque récolte est différente. Il peut y avoir plus ou moins de résidus, mais il n'y a aucune différence en terme de qualité et d'efficacité. Toutes nos productions sont soumises à des contrôles qualité. Cordialement
